Romaco Fryma Koruma Dinex 700 Mixing Homogenizing Suite for the production of creams, lotions, gels (including frothy products), ointments, syrups, sterile eye drops, inhalation liquid, pastes, toothpaste, dermatological + hair care products and other kinds of dispersion over a wide viscosity range, can be operated alone or linked into an inte­grated system.

Mixing Suite is comprising of the following:

1/ Fryma Koruma Dinex 700 - main vacuum processing unit:

V-shaped design with conical bottom; max volume: 700L with min. filling volume of 50L and 500L suggested max. working capacity; coaxial agitator: counter rotating scraper/central agitator with mixing blades and wall scrappers; double heating and cooling jacket: 80L, full vacuum; HMI / PLC Siemens; product contact parts: 316L (1.4404, 1.4435), Elastomere: VITON / FPM; PVDF scraper blades; bottom entry vertically positioned homogenizer; compact, fully built-in construction - vessel base unit also houses the hydraulic raise/lower powerpack for the vessel lid, vacuum pump, centrifugal CIP pump / CIP system, motors and other components shrouded in stainless steel.

2/ Behle Conical Bottom Jacketed Stainless Steel Premix 200 Litre Mixer:

In this Mixing Suite – it was used as an auxiliary solutions mixer for gels and emulsions or premix pre-melter oil phase for mixing / melting solid ingredient oils and fats then supplied into the main Fryma Dinex 700 vessel; 304 Stainless Steel; with 4-bladed propeller agitator for even mix and for keeping products homogenous;

3/ Nieros Stainless Steel Conical Bottom 50 Litre Vessel:

In this Mixing Suite – it was used as a vibratory discharge powder phase vessel for supplying bulk powder / granules raw materials into the main Fryma Dinex 700 reactor;
