Urlinski MZUTW 150 Litre Jacketed Propeller Mixer

Water jacketed mixer, excellent build quality with entire construction made from mirror polished 304 Stainless Steel.

Commonly used in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Contract Manufacturing and Chemical.

Designed for pressure less, heated water phase emulsion mixing process of liquid substances in higher temperatures.

Features conical shaped bottom vessel mounted on 4 legs with casters (with 2 x lockable casters to prevent machine from moving).

Equipped with top mounted motor and three-bladed propeller agitator for even mix and for keeping products homogenous.

A special plug is placed at the bottom of the tank to prevent insoluble substances from settling; comes with tiltable lid (with auto-stop, when lid is open) and a bottom mounted outlet flap valve; water jacket is equipped with ball valve connector.

Comes with 2 temperature sensors – 1. fitted to the bottom of vessel and 2. fitted to the jacket; vessel internal DIA Ø –  630mm; working capacity: 150 Litre (with maximum factory capacity of 200 Litre); jacket max temperature: 95 °C; product max temperature: 90 °C; 0.75 kW motor; stepless inverter to control 100 to 400 RPM;  heaters: 20 kW (2 x 10kW); electric supply: 400V + PE + N; 50Hz; motor: Besel SA, model: SKh 90-2A2; with a control panel mounted on the top of the unit
