Bosch TLT1200 automatic blister packer solid dose thermo-former for the packaging of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products in blister packs of medium output range.

The Bosch TLT1200 blister packer is built guarded and GMP-compliant. Stainless Steel design and compact overall size. Tool-free format/tooling size changeover - fast and safe handling during format/tooling changeover increases machine production time and reduces machine downtime. The machine can be cleaned easily and completely.

• Machine is capable of speeds up to 200 blisters per minute (depending on product and blister format/material).
• It is suitable for following blister size range: (Length) 60mm – 140mm, (Width) 30mm-90mm, (Height / Depth): depth of ALU max. 8,5 mm - depth of PVC/PP max. 12 mm. Blister stacking height max: 100 mm; Stacking count max: 12 blisters.
• Suitable for hot or cold forming and compatible with all standard thermoforming films such as PVC-ALU, PP-PP (monoblister).
• Currently fitted with tooling for “00” capsules;
• Comes with brush feeder box, Laetus visual inspection camera system to check filled blisters present with the machine
